DAZZLERS FOR DANCE - NEWS 1   FEB 6TH 2010-02-02 WELCOME BACK AND HAPPY NEW YEAR

I hope everyone got off to a great start with school and the many other things we organise early in a new year. This year promises again to be a very full and exciting one. I am pleased to say numbers have picked up for this year and it will take us a week or so to get kids into the appropriate classes. Printers made an error with rego sheets doubling up on one page and omitting another so it we be included on back of this newsletter. I would like to officially congratulate all the dancers on a truly remarkable Concert effort. All dancers were at their very best. We have some fantastic new pieces to get started on and we can't wait to get going.

This year will include the Annual FATD Awards Championships which will be held at the Bankstown RSL again on the first weekend of the Sept holidays 26-28th tbc. Keep it free if you would like to participate. For the newer kids you will be asked at a later date if you would like to be a part of it. We are looking forward to Dance Camp 2010 in the first week of the July school holidays and possibly exams straight after for those who are ready. The Concert has been booked for Friday the 3rd of December. Would like to also put a performance group together for some local Fete performances and maybe even a comp. eisteddfod.

 

LESSON RE-SCHEDULE - Due to an influx into the junior grades this year it is necessary to make the following changes to the timetable. Commencing Thurs 11th

Saturdays -       Mini Minors(G1 Monday group 5-6.30pm) same 11.00am - 1pm Thursday (G2/3 group 3.45-5.30pm) now 12pm - 2pm Intermediates (G4/5) same 1pm - 3pm

Please be aware that Parents are not permitted in the halls for any reason during lessons. It is very distracting.
